Hendy Farms is a second-generation mango farm that is now owned and run by two women, Sandra Snowden and Rita Brobey. The farm is situated in Ghana, West Africa, along the Southern belt in Dodowa, at the foothills of the Larteh mountains. Hendy Farms is a growing farm in Ghana and is contributing significantly to the growth and development of the mango industry in the country. The farm is a leading member of the DAMFA farmers' association and is Global GAP certified and FDA certified. The farm grows four varieties of mango - Keitt, Kent, Palmer Hayden - on 20 acres of land, which are then processed into an award-winning range of products that are available from farm-to-table. Hendy Farms follows good agricultural and sustainable practices using solar technology. They process their delicious mango fruits into handcrafted products, including dried fruit snacks, jams, hot sauces, popsicles, and frozen slices, all of which are available on the domestic market and ready for export.
